Cookie dough pizza

This is gorgeous, deliciously chocolatey and gooey :)

110g soft brown sugar
115g butter
150g self raising flour
As many choc chips as you want
4 tbsp water

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Step 1: cream the butter and sugar
Step 2: add the flour, water and choc chips
Step 3: stir well so all the ingredients are well mixed
Step 4: spread the cookie mix over a baking tray or in a cake tin, it will be quite sticky

Step 5: put in the oven for 10 mins 
Step 6: take out of the oven and serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce

Rocky road

Rocky road is a lovely treat as it has lots of nice tastes and textures. If you don't like any if the ingredients simply take them out or substitute for something else. 

250g milk chocolate
5 digestive biscuits
15 cherries
5 large marshmallows
2 handfuls of raisins 
Handful of white choc chips to decorate

Step 1: melt the chocolate
Step 2: crush up the digestives
Step 3: half the cherries
Step 4: break the marshmallows into small pieces
Step 5: add the digestives, raisins, cherries and marshmallows to the chocolate and stir well
Step 6: pour into a baking tray and sprinkle the white choc chips over the top
Step 7: put in the fridge for 30 mins

Chocolate tiffin


110g butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp golden syrup
4 tsp cocoa powder
225g digestive biscuits (crushed)
1 large handful of raisins 
150g milk chocolate 
50g white chocolate

Step 1: melt the butter, sugar, golden syrup and cocoa powder in a pan over a medium heat.
Step 2: once the butter has completely melted add in the crushed digestives and raisins.
Step 3: pour into a tray.
Step 4: melt the milk chocolate and pour it over your tiffin mix.
Step 5: melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the milk chocolate.
Step 6: leave it to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

White chocolate and cherry cookies

Yummy cookies that are soft and flavourful :)


Ingredients
100g Butter
75g soft brown sugar
175g self raising flour
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp golden syrup 
50g White chcolate chips
20 Glacé Cherries (halved)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 1: cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Step 2: add the flour and milk and mix well.
Step 3: add the white chcolate chips and the cherries and mix well.
Step 4: use a tea spoon to spoon a small amount of mixture onto a greased tray.
Step 5; place in the oven for 8-10 mins.
Step 6: take out of the oven and leave to cool.

Triple chocolate cookies

Perfect for chocolate lovers, these cookies are deliciously soft and yummy :)

25g Cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Step 1: cream the butter and sugar together in a bowl.
Step 2: add the flour, cocoa powder and milk and mix well.
Step 3: add the white chcolate chips and the dark chcolate chips and mix well.
Step 4: use a tea spoon to spoon a small amount of mixture onto a greased tray.
Step 5; place in the oven for 8-10 mins.
Step 6: take out of the oven and leave to cool.
