Hash browns

I don't know if this classes as baking but they were tasty so I'm posting a blogpost about them anyway! They are super easy to do and you don't need many ingredients. They don't look the most appetising but they taste salty and crispy.

Ingredients
2 medium sized potatoes
1 tbsp of butter
Sprinkle of salt

Step 1: peel potatoes and grate.
Step 2: put butter in a pan and heat over a medium heat until it is fully melted then spoon a tbsp sized amount of grated potato into the pan.
Step 3: sprinkle with a small amount of salt and cover the pan with a lid.
Step 4: wait about 5-10 mins (until golden brown and crispy looking) then turn them over.
Step 5: leave them to cook for another 5-10 mins with the lid off.
Step 6: serve and enjoy :)
